We’ll send a cheek swab kit straight to your door, complete with return shipping to the lab.

Step 3: Your Genetic Consultation & Report Review

In your first one-hour consultation, we’ll walk through your personalized 55-page Integrative Genetic Health Report together. You’ll gain clarity on how your genes interact and receive supplement, nutrition, and lifestyle recommendations tailored to your goals. From here, your customized program officially begins.

Elite Genetics (MOST POPULAR)

A 12- Week Transformational Health Program Designed by Your Genetics. You'll start with a one-hour genetic consultation where we dive into your unique genetic blueprint. But it doesn't stop there. Over the next 12 weeks, we provide continuous coaching to help you implement lifestyle changes.

Why 12 weeks? Because it takes about 8 weeks to turn off the expression of a gene with lifestyle changes and another 4 weeks to develop a maintenance program for optimization and longevity. This period ensures you not only start seeing results immediately but also know how to maintain them long-term.

 FAQs

  • Yes, if you have previously completed a 23andMe Health and Ancestry test and have access to the raw data file, you can use that information. In this case, the cost of the DNA Testing kit ($400) will be deducted from your investment. Please note that no other reporting platforms are compatible as they do not integrate with our approach to genetics. If you have your 23andme raw data file, rather than purchasing your program online, please schedule a free 15 minute session or email info@feedyourgenes.ca for a specialized invoice.

  • In Canada, some providers offer coverage for Registered Holistic Nutritionists. Please check with your provider. You may also use a health spending account if you have one. Otherwise, you can save your invoices to share with your accountant at tax time, as it falls under health expenses.

  • The GeneRx Report is an integrative genetic report that uses the unique raw data from the DNA Allure Ultimate Genomics testing kit. Unlike other genetic reports, it examines how your genes interact and provides specific supplemental protocols and lifestyle recommendations based on your individualized genetic profile. Each gene has a list of associated characteristics that help you recognize when that gene is “switched on,” making this report a comprehensive blueprint for managing all aspects of your health.

  • Adding this service can be a game changer for those who haven’t had access to medical doctors support. Our team doctor aims to assess your whole body health over a 45 minute initial visit. He will run comprehensive bloodwork and discuss with you if any additional tests are recommended (think ultrasounds and MRIs). It’s a great way to identify your baseline for health before we start supporting your body using your genetics. Included: Two visits with our experienced MD⁣: Advanced Lab Testing: Blood Sugar Panel, Thyroid Function Test, Inflammation Markers, Hormonal Testing (cortisol, estrogen, testosterone), Complete blood count, comprehensive metabolic panel, assess kidney, liver and hydration.

    NOTE: Our team MD is a private pay investment as is your genetic testing. There are currently no health plans that cover a private visit with an MD in Canada but check with your provider. For our US patients, you’re welcome to use your benefits as per their guidelines.
