A quick meeting to discuss how genetics impact our health, what you can expect from testing your genetics, and how I can support your main health complaints.
60-75 min virtual meeting - $625.00

60 min virtual meeting - $150.00
Together we’ll take a deeper dive into other areas of your GeneRx Report that we may not have focused on in your initial consultation. This may include creating new goals, switching up supplement protocols, or tailoring your genetic program to meet your individual lifestyle and commitment ability.

General Health & Nutrition Consultation
60 min virtual meeting - $165.00
We’ll review your goals, your current nutrition, and create an individualized plan. Areas we may review include weight management, hormones, fertility, digestion, mental health, and sleep. You can also book this appointment if your physician has referred you for nutritional support.

Fasting Mimicking Cleanse Setup
30 min virtual meeting - $125.00
During this consultation, I will give you the necessary guidelines to begin a five day program that promotes autophagy and can help you experience weight loss, increase stress tolerance, and reduce inflammation. Practitioner Coaching & Referrals
For physicians and health care professionals
I provide physicians with effective, personalized genetic meal plans tailored to their patients' nutrient profiles (on a referral basis). Additionally, I offer coaching programs for health care providers interested in integrating genetics into their practices. Ongoing mentorship and one-on-one coaching includes guidance on platform and reporting systems, interpreting results, marketing to patients, and supplement recommendations.
